  • Generate your snagging reports (PDFs)

  • Improve the performance and reliability of the app

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not verify or validate the information you provide.

4. Use of Reports

Reports generated by SnagClear are intended to assist communication with developers or contractors.

We do not guarantee:

  • That any issues will be accepted or acted upon

  • That developers will respond in a specific timeframe

  • Any particular outcome or resolution

5. Payments and Purchases

  • Report unlocks and subscriptions are processed via Apple’s App Store

  • Pricing is displayed within the app

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SnagClear shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on app content

  • Any disputes between homeowners and developers

  • Any financial loss, delays, or defects in the property

  • Any reliance placed on reports generated
